Cohn & Wolfe's Chad Latz named to PRWeek's "Top 40 Under 40"
New York – August 1, 2010 – Chad Latz, President of Cohn & Wolfe’s Global Digital Practice, has been named to PRWeek’s “Top 40 Under 40,” an annual ranking of the communications industry’s 40 most accomplished PR professionals under the age of 40. The list includes leaders and emerging stars from the biggest agencies and corporations in the world. Chad’s selection marks the third consecutive year Cohn & Wolfe has been represented on the list.
As head of Cohn & Wolfe Digital, Latz is responsible for the strategic development and growth of the practice, managing a team of more than 40 digital specialists, and bringing digital expertise to hundreds of C&W employees worldwide. He also counsels some of the biggest brands in the world including Walmart, MasterCard, Nike and ExxonMobil on the use of Web 2.0 and digital media to drive communications and business initiatives. Chad joined Cohn & Wolfe from Ketchum where he founded Ketchum Interactive and then helped lead the integration and establishment of Ketchum Digital, providing ongoing leadership of digital and social media strategy for the agency’s consumer, employee, and B2B clients. During his 10 years with Ketchum, he directed social media strategies and digital initiatives for global clients such as FedEx, Kodak, Levi’s, and PepsiCo. Prior to Ketchum, Chad founded the Creative Design & Technology Practice of Stromberg Consulting & Communications where he managed and directed creative strategy and implementation for offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Atlanta.
